30 Day Return Policy
At Diamonds West we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return any item purchased from us within 30 days after the shipping date under the following provisions:
Prior to returning any merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling 1-877-999-2354, to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return shipping address.
In order for us to process your return accurately and efficiently, we ask that you include with your merchandise, the return authorization number clearly printed on the outside of the shipping package, or we will not accept the return. Please do not mark on the package with any such words as Diamonds West, jewelry, diamonds, or any other term relating to the content of the package in order to protect against possible theft during shipping. Please mark the package D. West Wholesale. Improperly packaged or uninsured return packages will not be accepted. For all shipments, Diamonds West requires that you insure your package for the full retail value. Diamonds West is not responsible for the return shipping costs, lost, damaged or theft of your package.
All returns must be accompanied by the proof of purchase, diamond certificates, gem reports, appraisals, gift box and all other original shipping papers and packaging. The replacement fee for a missing or damaged diamond certificate is $250.00.
All sales are final on custom work, special orders, sizing, personalized or engraved, these items cannot be returned for a refund.
Returned merchandise will be inspected by Diamonds West prior to issuance of refunds. Any returned merchandise must be in it's original condition, undamaged, unused. The security tag must be in place and intact. We are not able to accept any jewelry item for return that has any indication that it has been used, damaged, or that does not have the original tags attached (tags have not been removed at any time).
Our lab will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item. The full cost of the returned item will be refunded, excluding shipping and insurance costs. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Credit Card returns will be charged a $25.00 fee. Wires or direct Bank deposits will be refunded in the form of a Company cheque. The refund will be typically made within 15 days from receipt of the returned merchandise.
