I spent a lot of time looking for diamonds for the earrings I gave my wife for our tenth anniversary. I looked both on-line and at local jewelers. I found the selection and prices at Diamonds West to be among the best out there. And being a Canadian retailer made the process so much easier.

I put in a request on two 3/4 carat diamonds I saw on the website which I thought would make a good set and quickly received a response from Niel with some alternative pairs that were better matched. We traded a few e-mails and Niel did some searching and found two - 0.75 carat H VS2 ideal cut hearts and arrows diamonds for even less than the first pair I had selected.

Just wanted to follow up with you about meeting with the Gemologist. The meeting went very well and she identified the diamond exactly to the information of the EGL Certification. She was extremely pleased with the cut and the dimensions of the diamond. Overall she thought is was a beautiful diamond and was completely shocked when she found out the cost. Don't be surprised if you have some recommendations coming from me in the future.

If I could pass on any advice/thoughts as a first time buyer as it relates specifically to your business it would be to say that having access to your online database of diamonds allows someone who is a researched buyer feel like they get exactly what they're looking for.
